The mission of the Tim Orth Memorial Foundation is to assist, financially or otherwise, children in the West Central Minnesota area who are facing substantial medical expenses incurred as a result of a serious accident or illness (hear from some of the families we have helped).
The TOMF is an all-volunteer organization that sponsors multiple fundraisers throughout West Central Minnesota. The volunteers invest countless hours organizing, soliciting and conducting the events. Because of this, there are no administrative costs; ensuring that 100% of the proceeds are used to help the selected recipients.
Tim Orth, the Foundation’s namesake, was a BOLD high school student and athlete when he was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. Tim will always be remembered for his courageous fight against the cancer that claimed his life on February 14, 1997.
We invite you to attend one of our events coming up, such as the Valentine’s Day Black Tie Gala or “Jam the Gym” Events in Olivia, Fairfax or Glencoe. We also welcome volunteers and donations at any time!
Thank you so much for your support of the Tim Orth Memorial Foundation, and for helping to make a difference in the lives of families in our area!
