It is time to gather player nominations!
The upcoming Tim Orth Memorial Foundation’s “Jam the Gym” event will be held on the following date:
- Saturday, March 28th in Hector

NOMINATION
Nominate up to three SENIOR or JUNIOR basketball players by completing the form below. Nominate the TWO most recognized players and ONE alternate player. Provide the cell phone number for yourself and each player as future communications will be sent via texts. Do not notify the players about the nomination as all players cannot be chosen.
2.
SELECTION
We wish every student nominated could play but unfortunately the rosters are limited. Since not all players can be chosen, do NOT notify the players about the nomination. All nominations will be reviewed and players are chosen based on their accomplishments and quantity of nominations received.
3.
PLAYER NOTIFICATION
The players chosen to participate will receive a personal invitation to play via text or email. Written confirmation will also be sent with the requirements and details of the event.
