The Tim Orth Memorial Foundation (TOMF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting children in our area who are facing significant medical expenses due to a serious accident or illness. Through the support of this event, we are able to help numerous families each year.

Once you complete and submit your registration, you will receive a confirmation message on the screen indicating your information has been successfully submitted. Please watch for this message.
Approximately four weeks prior to the event, you will receive a packet of information in the mail with important details.

PARTICIPATION CONFIRMATION
To confirm participation in the event, provide the information below. A written confirmation will be received in the mail as well as an information packet with raffle tickets and details of the event.
